Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

To Initiate a Return
Email support@optistrivefit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email support@optistrivefit.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
