30-Day Feel the Difference Guarantee

Try any OptiStriveFit product for up to 30 days after delivery. If it's not right for you, return it for a refund, even if it's been opened and used.

Conditions

• Item must be returned complete, with all heads, bands, straps, and accessories included.

• Items damaged by misuse are not eligible.

• One guarantee return per customer.

• Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

How to start a return

Email support@optistrivefit.com with your order number. We'll send a return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Damaged or defective items

Email a photo with your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.
